What we do
Our goal is to discuss the various challenges faced worldwide in every field with respect to but not limited to Culture, Gender, age and other aspects which lead to crucial aspects of inclusion. We also focus on solutions for employee wellness, training, employee branding thereby striving to build a strong sustainable work environment.
How we do it
We discuss with various leaders in how they are creating an Inclusive Environment and using Innovative Ideas and methods to educate with current and newer generations and comes up with solutions to build a sustainable adaptable and inclusive environment for the workplace.
We conduct workshops, trainings and connect many aspiring leaders with industry mentors to achieve the desired DEI goals.

Ranked as a finalist for “IF” Product Design, 2010 for “Lebenstraum”(Living space category), Hanover, Germany. Invited to Hanover, Germany by the Organizers of “IF” Design competition to present my product concept on a garment design for spastic patients.

Over 8 Years of experience in technology and design field. Worked in startups and consulting firms in the realm of User experience design, marketing and branding.
